Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices specified by your purchased plan, for as long as you retain your license.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any video content you process with the Software. The Software is a tool; you are solely responsible for how you use it, including compliance with applicable copyright and platform terms of service.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of automated transcription or translation output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polyglot Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
All purchases are processed by our reseller of record, Paddle.com, who handles billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
